At Pátria Nyomda Zrt., one of Hungary's most renowned printing companies, we had the opportunity to execute a truly unique project. A dedicated area was created within the printing facility, where, upon the client’s request, we installed a custom IPR FlexiRun® rapid door tailored to meet their specific requirements.
What made this door special?
The door was equipped with several unique features to meet the strict demands of the printing industry:- Reinforced steel side frames: While most manufacturers use a maximum of 1.2 mm steel for the side frames, this door was built with 1.5 mm reinforced steel, ensuring greater stability and durability.
- Motor cover: The motor of the IPR FlexiRun® door is enclosed with a protective cover, making it not only more aesthetically pleasing but also better protected.
- 100% duty cycle motor: The door's motor is designed to operate continuously, meeting the nonstop operational requirements of the printing industry.
- Custom transparent panels: The door features client-specified transparent windows, offering excellent visibility into the printing area and facilitating smoother workflows.
- Card reader operation: The door opens via a card reader, ensuring that only authorized personnel can access the area. After a set period, the door automatically closes, enhancing both security and efficiency.
