We are pleased to present another technically complex and highly customized project: we installed an IPR FlexiRun® high-speed door with a custom-made 1350 × 2800 mm viewing window for an automatic conveyor line in a dairy processing facility. This installation perfectly demonstrates how IPR technology can adapt to unique requirements and specialized industrial environments.
  One of the client’s main requirements was to have an extra-large viewing window, starting as low as possible, so that the conveyor’s operation could be observed from the outside at all times. Thanks to the FlexiRun®’s high-quality PVC curtain and fully customizable design, we were able to meet this request precisely.
  To ensure reliable, safe industrial operation, the door sends status feedback from both the upper and lower end positions to the conveyor’s control system.

This ensures that the conveyor only starts or stops when the door is in a safe position, providing:

• collision prevention
• enhanced workplace safety
• smooth, uninterrupted production

The door can be opened from the outside using a pull switch, and it automatically closes after a preset time.
  In a dairy environment, safety and precision are crucial. For this reason, the FlexiRun® door was equipped with a 2500 mm high light curtain to prevent the door from closing on any object or person.

The light curtain automatically detects any obstruction in the doorway, providing:

• protection for workers
• protection for the conveyor and the transported products
• reduced risk of damage or malfunction
